Trump, in an executive action issued Friday, directed Attorney General Pam Bondi
to examine all “orders, regulations, guidance, plans, international agreements, and other actions of executive departments and agencies” to determine any “ongoing infringements” of the Second Amendment.

The Attorney was also ordered to present a plan to him within 30 days on how to protect gun rights.

This move is expected to lead to significant changes in many of those policies.

On this day, Trump signed an Executive Order that outlines his strategy to dismantle what he refers to as “all of the Biden gun control disasters.”

The order covers several key areas related to firearms.

It scrutinizes how government agencies classify guns and ammunition, reviews the positions the US has taken in ongoing or potential court cases concerning these matters, and considers efforts to strengthen the enforcement of existing gun laws.

Additionally, it assesses the procedures for handling applications to make, manufacture, transfer, or export firearms.
