Michelle Obama Doesn’t Like The Stereotypes
Michelle Obama said that it’s totally appropriate for a woman to make her own choices about what she wants to do, and just because she isn’t pinned to her husband’s side every minute of the day doesn’t mean they will divorce.

ā€œBut that’s what society does to us,ā€ she said. ā€œWe start actually, finally going, ā€˜What am I doing? Who am I doing this for?’ And if it doesn’t fit into the sort of stereotype of what people think we should do, then it gets labeled as something negative and horrible.ā€

On Valentine’s Day, Michelle shared a picture of herself alongside her husband, and they appeared very much in love.

She wrote, ā€œIf there’s one person I can always count on, it’s you, @BarackObama. You’re my rock. Always have been. Always will be. Happy Valentine’s Day, honey!ā€

A fan shared her hope in the comment section that Michelle Obama and Barack Obama never divorce. ā€œYup!! Y’all better NEVER break up! Love y’all!!ā€
