A Nigerian man has shared his story on social media about discovering that his newlywed wife, married for just two months, has been unfaithful.
The man, who identifies himself as Osayande Rapheal Osaretin, recounted the situation in a Facebook post, explaining the circumstances of the affair.
According to Rapheal, he and his wife got married in June 2025. However, her other partner has reportedly been married since 2017.
Rapheal stated that his wife and the other man had been involved before their marriage and that their relationship continued even after she married him.
The man revealed that he had been providing financial support to his wife, including purchasing a 2004 Toyota Camry for her during their wedding period.
Despite catching them in the act, Rapheal said his wife has refused to acknowledge that she has been cheating.
He also mentioned that the cheating couple had been planning to travel abroad before he became aware of their relationship.
When he suggested ending the marriage amicably, his wife refused. He even reached out to her family and pastor to intervene, but his efforts were unsuccessful.
Rapheal expressed his pain, writing, “My deepest hurt has been watching my wife protect another man she has been having an affair with, all because of her plans to leave the country.”
He also shared photos of his wife’s lover alongside his own wife.
